I think time managements is very important in meetings.The longer a meeting,the more people are tired.So I think Matchpeg Brainstorming is very effectively.

~bad discussin~
In bad discussion,the members don't concentrate on it.One parson don't listen to others idea with her head down.Another parson seems not to be interested in this discussion.And I think members lack the will to do it.And the leader forget the topic which they talk about.

~Good discussion~
In good discussion,all of the members attention to speaking parson.They seem to listen to carefully and take an active part in the discussion.The leader asks members by turns and discussion moved smoothly.

I really enjoyed today's class because I watched interesting movies about Ken Tanaka.After I watched the videos,I was conscious of my way of chiming.And I knew "huun and hee in japanese was strange for foreign people.I think that japanese tend to answer unclearly because they don't want to hurt others feelings.And as a result,I think japanese are considered to be an irresolute.

Women's population of Japan is 50%,but women works only 10% at the government.Why is that?
Generally speaking,many people in japan think women should do houseworks. I think that many houseworks and children care prevent women from working at government.This is because working at government is very hard to do such many things.Another points is that the percentage of men at government are higher than women from the beginning.So it is difficult for women to take part in the male community.I know the woman who work at government and become Norwegian prime minister.It was true that she was an able person,but she rabeled by men at government because she was woman.
